Venus Viva™ skin resurfacing treatments work with tiny pins that safely deliver heat (via NanoFractional Radio Frequency) through the skin’s surface. The DiamondPolar™ applicator treatment can be added on the same session of treatment to complement the Venus Viva treatment, or to be used separately on its own to achieve skin tightening. This process helps to naturally increase collagen and elastin fibers, resulting in smoother, firmer skin that looks noticeably more youthful.

What Does the Venus Viva treatment feel like?
You will feel tiny pins on your skin followed by a little zap. The area being treated will feel warm like a mild sunburn.
Is Venus Viva painful?
Pain varies according to the indication being treated. However minor pain is experienced, this is usually eliminated with topical anaesthesia cream applied 30-45 minutes prior to treatment.
Is Diamond Polar painful?
Diamond Polar is a pain free treatment with no downtime.
How often/far apart should treatments be?
Treatments are performed 4 weeks apart.
What can I expect with Venus Viva treatment?
The skin reaction depends on the indication being treated. Your skin will be red and feel warm after the treatment. Redness, inflammation and slight crusting will last for 24-48 hours for a light treatment and up to 5 days for a more aggressive treatment.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Most patients will see improvement within 3 treatments. We recommend 4-6 treatments for most skin concerns.
Is Venus Viva a safe treatment for darker skin?
Venus viva is safe for all skin types.
Can I return to normal activities after Venus Viva treatment?
No, exercise and hot showers must be avoided for 48 hours following the treatment. Day to day activities are generally not affected after the next day of treatment.
